How do i get rid of my cramps?

My period finally came it was almost a month late, but now my cramps or killing me! I cant lay dwn, stand up, sit up, nothing! please since i had a dnc back in march after a misscaraige my two periods that i have gotton have been HELL for me and they went from 3 days long to now my last period was almost 6 days...anyways somone please tell me how to atleast ease the pain, tylonl, midol, pamprin....ive tried it all.... Please HELP!! Thank you
