Should I buy an elipicator?

I am not to sure if i spelt that right but i mean the thing that is basically a bunch of tweezers pulling your hair out fast. So, i was considering buying one but my mom told me that if you use them you get bumps on your skin. So, i just want to know your experience with elipicators and if possible please leave the name of the elipicator and where it is able to be used. I need one for mostly my legs, arms, and armpits, but i just wanna know where youcan use it :p . Thanks so much =)
