Game Change film adaption from HBO?

The movie hasn't started filming yet, but we know some of the details. It will focus on John McCain's campaign for President. If you've read the book, it gives an insider feel to all of the campaigns as well as the candidates and their families. Bear in mind that I'm a solid Democrat who interned with the DNC. But I feel it is unfair to just focus on McCain. Yes, his and Palin's portrayal was unflattering. But so was the image we got of the private Barack Obama. Obama came off as cynical and very self important. The book is a modern political classic. Why not show all of the candidates? Because all they are doing is feeding the old tale of Hollywood being anti-Republican.
