Acne Mark From Popping Blackheads?

I popped like 3 blackheads in the same spot, and i squeezed all the blood out so there wouldnt be scabs but theres still a mark. it looks like i tore off my first layer of skin in that area cuz i kinda used tweezers to pop them. Should i put neosporine? i dont have anything else? its not scabbing btw. when will it heal? will the skin grow back?
