Nail polish bottle broke and I got cut on it?

On Thursday I had a bottle of brand new silver nail polish. I only used it once, and that was the night before. I grabbed my toothbrush and the container that it was in knocked my nail polish bottle down. It shattered and I cleaned up all the nail polish and I swept it up but I guess I didn't do it right. Yesterday I was looking for a belt under my bed and I stabbed my finger on a piece of the bottle. There was dried nail polish on the piece of glass. It would not stop bleeding. I put some triple antibiotic plus along with a bandaid on it. It stopped bleeding but the glass with the nail polish is still in my finger. It hurts every time I bump it. It doesn't hurt if I don't do anything with it, or if I touch it. Only when I press on it. It won't come out and I'm terrified to use tweezers, they hurt like hell. Is it dangerous to keep it in there? Will it come out on it's own eventually? HELP!
