How to look better in flourescent lighting?

Okay so I have acne so I wear primer/concealer/foundation/foundation powder.. In the school mirrors in the bathroom my skin looks old looking and pale and I look dead! It doesnt really help that I have really dark brown hair (But the lightings so bright in their it makes my hair look light brown!) How can I look better in that light?? I couldnt find a light switch in the bathroom and my hair looks frizzy in their also... Do you think its just the bathroom lighting or the whole school?? I dont wanna just like whip out my phone and start taking pics of myself in class just to see if I look alright (I cant concentrate on the acual work knowing that I look horrible) And my crush is in all of my classes.. Another thing is I look like a guy in the mirrors kinda.. but at home I look fine! My eyebrows are bushy and ive tried shaving them (with a razer..yeah BIG mistake) and a tweezer (Didnt help much) I can get them done profesionaly until a few months.. So help me out here.. thnxx! (Btw I do wash my face everyday)
