How do you get a large amount of small stickers imbedded in hands?

to small to pull with tweezers, can barely see them, painfull, they cover the fingertips, got them from backyard weeds, that had the fine needles, while pulling them, went through gloves, have had these for about four years,any information would be deeply appreciated, PLEASE HELP.
