Do i have crabs or are they just moles?

okay so here it is, about a year ago i got head from this girl. hadn't seen or noticed anything strange after that on my body, and i haven't done anything since then with anybody. about a week ago i looked down at the shaft of my penis and noticed there was a very tiny black spot on the shaft very close to the head, this spot isent close to my pubic hair (its bare,no hair near it) so i was a little hesitant of what it was. i tried removing it with tweezers (ouch) but it appeared to be a part of my skin. so i shaved today and noticed that there was another spot that was even smaller than the other. they look like moles, but i want to make sure. both spots havent moved and they dont itch. both of these spots ive never seen until about a week ago, and research says that ull see crabs if you received them about 1-2 weeks after the sexual encounter. why would they be appearing now if i did that a year ago?
