Can having a miscarriage make you less fertile?

I have a 16 month old son and when he was 3 months old i had a miscarriage i was only 3 weeks so i didnt need a DNC. But it messed up my period pretty bad. Right after my miscarriage in march of last year i didnt get my period until july when my gyno prescibed me with provera (medication to start my period). and then had a regular period right after but then again after that didnt have another period until dec. of 2010. so in that whole year i think i had maybe 3 periods. january of this year i had a regular period and then the begininng of feb until the last week of march i had a two month period. about 10 days later i had very light spotting. its been on and off for about the last week. and my boobs hae been pretty sore as well. me and my husband are trying to have another baby and have been trying since the day after my last period(last week of march). i took a test on friday and it was negitive im going to take another today or tomorrow but pretty much my question is am i less fertile since i misscarried?
