Very swollen ingrown hair on thigh, hurts to walk.?

That does not sound good. It might be an abscess and chances are you might have to go to the hospital and get it cut and drained if the pain gets any worse. My sister had something compared to this and the dr had her soak in a warm bath and gently put pressure on it to drain it. That worked for her. Good luck. i hope you feel better soon.
