Painful inverted pimple?

So I have this pimple on my nose and it`s apparently inverted meaning the puss is inside. I`m didn`t know that you weren`t supposed to touch the pimple so I thought squeezing it with tweezers will get the puss out. It didn`t. It turned the pimple black. Now I think the puss is in the surface of the pimple but Im not sure if I should pop it because it might leave a scar. What do I do? I don`t like it on my face. It`s dark red, almost black and it hurts. HELP!
