Lot of splinters?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

So. Somehow, i got a lot of tiny splinters in my hand. for the past two days. :/ I tried tweezers, and needles and whatnot....no success. Theyre just too small... I dont think theyre wood splinters... Any advice on how to get them out? :/ Thanks for all who answer. :)
