I had HyperEmesis Gravidum?

I suffered a miscarriage of a WANTED pregnancy, twelve weeks along due to my body being weakened by severe hyper emesis. I was told my numerous healthcare workers that 'thats just how pregnancy is' and not taken seriously. But when I went in to have my DNC (There were some complications) the nurse told me that there was hope I might STILL be able to have children naturally without having HyperEmesis. Does anyone know if this is true or not? I would like to hear any, if any, stories of mothers who have been through this.
