6 week old fetus stuck to scar tissue after miscarriage?

I have a friend that told me that she is 6 weeks pregnant (not sure) but says that it will have to be aborted pretty much because if it grows and the fetus and placenta detaches then it is life threatening but saying it is scar tissue from a dnc but i had one and was not aware that i had any scar tissue which i may but i was able to get pregnant after the dnc with no problems. Someone who has been through this a little advice? Have you had a dnc and scar tissue and were still able to have a healthy baby? Do you get scar tissue from one? I am not sure about the whole thing so any advice is great. Just need a little More knowledge on this. Thanks
