Spectral dnc L Hair growth product?

Okay so I'm currently 18 and I want to change my hairstyle because its sorta long and hairline is pretty far back, thankfully my bangs cover it, but anyways . I was wondering if I can use this product to bring my hairline up more that way my forehead won't look as big if I ever chose to cut my hair. i would really like to try a new hairstyle.
