My Computers Headphone Port Is Pushed In?

The bit on my computer where you put headphones in is pushed into the laptop ive tried to pull it out with tweezers but then as soon as i put my headphones into them it just gets even further shoved in. My computer speakers arent working either so i pretty much have no sound on my computer. My question is is there anyway i can insert my headphones other than the headphone port because it wont work and is there anyway i can get it repaired, and also how come because of that my computer speakers arent working there turned up full blast and not working at all, is there anyway i could make them work?
