Is it actually possible that Democrats don't know what 'illegal' means?

There are better ways to handle it than to release the hounds and round them up and ship them out. That would be costly and idiotic to go on a witch hunt for illegal immigrants. It may be better to have routes for them to become legal, or to catch them in other ways, but the solution is not to have immigrant patrols like Arizona.
