How come the DNC Chairwoman Schultz stated the Democrats own the bad economy, did she tell Obama yet?

What you are missing is that the economy is recovering. Jobs are growing, albeit slowly. The banks are in good shape. The auto industry was saved. And Osama is dead so we will start bringing troops home. All of this without any help from the republicans. Now what have the republicans done lately? z
