Can home pregnancy test be affected by a "possible" ovarian cyst?

Now let me first off say i dont know if i have a ovarian cyst. I am 30, i went through IVF. Got pregnant, and had a miscarriage 5 weeks into pregnancy. I did not have a DNC. My body returned a HCG level around 0 naturally. I do not have PCOS, but have been diagnosed with "unexplained infertility". I had my miscarriage in mid february, and stopped taking my fertility meds then. It is now april and have still not gotten my period. My husband and i have been waiting for my period to come so we can start on the preperation for our 2nd IVF attempt. Today i decided to take a home pregnancy test, 4 of them. And i received a positive "pregnancy" on all 4 tests. And it wasnt a "faint line", it was a bold, dark, really fast result of pregnant each time. My question is, Is it possible that i somehow got pregnant? or can there be something in my body (just taking a guess such as a ovarian cyst) that can produce HCG? I am scheduled for a blood test tommorow. Any insight/experience out there?
