Having pregnancy symptoms a month after my dnc...?

I miscarried with a dnc on april 30th... on may 11th 12th 17,18 and 24th had unprotected sex... my hgc levels have gone down to 12 a week after my dnc... but on the 21st I thought I started my period... it was lighter then a normal period, but was gone the next day, I am now 4 days till I am supposed to start, but have been emotional, extremely soar breasts, almost like a tingling feeling like when you are nursing and letting down... and throning... I did take a test yesterday but was neg... just wondering if anyone else has had a dnc and got pregnant right away, if this could be a pregnancy or my body is just now different after the miscarriage....
