What am I doing wrong ?

I got pregnet when I was 19 I missed 2 month perod and I was 8 week pregnt when It can to 10 week I was sitting on the floor and we had an argermeant and my friend was there and my partener kicked me in the back and I said you just kicked me in the back and tm carrying your baby and he said so I lost that child at 10 weeks and it was not all there no head no arms or legs just lump of meat an I had to do for a DNC and bleed for 6 weeks and Im with a new partner now and I was 27 and got pregnt and I was 4 weeks and lost it at 4 week and now in only 37 now I want a baby what do you think
