Ok, so basically I have a technical situation.. help me? :D.?

Well, I was listening to music on my laptop casually, but when I took out my earphone plug out of my laptop, the bit at the end (the metal thing) got stuck inside my headphones jack. Now my earphones have no end and I cannot listen to music with my earphones or without (because the metal thing inside indicates that my earphones are inside) So no sound comes out from my speakers, Argh! this might not make sense but please someone help me into how to get it out! :( Ive tried using tweezers and they are too fat to fit inside the jack :'( My life is music , please help! xx
